Overview

Booking a consultation with an Edur is simple, but sometimes unexpected things happen, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. Here's everything you need to know about the process and policies for rescheduling or canceling a session.

What’s the process for rescheduling or canceling a session?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, it’s easy to do. Follow these simple steps:

    • Log in to your account: Access your profile on the platform.
    • Go to your upcoming sessions: Find the session you want to reschedule or cancel in your dashboard or calendar.
    • Select the session: Click on the session and choose either the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" option.
    • Follow the prompts: If rescheduling, select a new time from the available slots. If canceling, confirm your decision and submit.
    • Receive confirmation: After completing the process, you’ll receive a confirmation email or notification about your rescheduled or canceled session.

Are there cancellation fees, and how much notice is required?

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the Edur, but here are the general guidelines:

    • Cancellation fees: Some Edurs may charge a fee for cancellations, especially if the cancellation is made last-minute. The fee can vary depending on the Edur’s policy.
    • Notice required: Typically, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, a fee might apply.

It's always best to check the specific Edur's cancellation policy before booking to avoid any surprises.
