What’s the process for rescheduling or canceling a session?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, it’s easy to do. Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account: Access your profile on the platform.
- Go to your upcoming sessions: Find the session you want to reschedule or cancel in your dashboard or calendar.
- Select the session: Click on the session and choose either the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" option.
- Follow the prompts: If rescheduling, select a new time from the available slots. If canceling, confirm your decision and submit.
- Receive confirmation: After completing the process, you’ll receive a confirmation email or notification about your rescheduled or canceled session.
Are there cancellation fees, and how much notice is required?
